Tax Invoice Request
1. Customers can request a tax invoice on the day of purchase. This can be completed in the system.
2. If customers did not request an invoice the first time, they can request a retroactive invoice within 5 business days from the order date.
(Required documents include: National ID card - for individuals / Por Bor. 20 - for juristic persons)

Correcting information on a tax invoice
1. If the name and address on the tax invoice are incorrect, customers can request a correction within 90 days from the order date.
2. Taxpayer Identification Number (TA) cannot be changed under any circumstances (regardless of the number of digits, whether for individuals or juristic persons).
3. The type of invoice issuer cannot be changed, such as from an individual to a juristic person or from a juristic person to an individual.
